Light, exotic notes of lychee and pineapple with a hint of almonds on the nose. There is an additional sense of citric notes on the palate, complemented by some cedar wood and underscored by slick minerality. Lovely, soft harmonious structure. Matured in oak barrels for that special note

A superb aperitif wine that harmonises well with soup, fish and white meat dishes, Asian fare and mild cheese.
